One of my favorite things about working at Heifer International is being able to share the stories you make possible. Your support brings light and hope to families around the world — and today, we want to celebrate the incredible impact you’ve made.

In honor of World Gratitude Day, I wanted to introduce you to Susan, a dedicated farmer who struggled to care for her cows after dark without proper lighting.

But with the solar panel provided through your donations, her cow shed is now well-lit, making her job simpler and less trying.

Your support doesn’t just provide resources; it inspires hope and enables achievements that once seemed out of reach — giving strength to those who need it most and proving that even small actions can lead to significant change.

“Before… it was scary and difficult. Now… it’s easy,” Susan said.
