### **Can USPS Handle All the Mail-In Ballots?**

Election officials across the country are concerned about the U.S. postal service's ability to handle the influx of mail-in ballots for the upcoming general election. They have suggested increasing the number of ballot drop boxes as a potential solution. Concerns include late arrivals of ballots and ballots returned as undeliverable.

U.S. Postmaster General Louis DeJoy denies such concerns.

Despite the postal service's assurances, there have been reported delays in mail delivery. Both Democrats and Republicans are encouraging supporters to vote early, whether in person or by mail, to ensure their votes are counted. Plans are also in place to increase the number of ballot drop-off boxes nationwide.
