This morning, I had the honor of hand-delivering the jersey I wore during my first game back with the Sioux City Explorers to Josh Rawitch, President of the National Baseball Hall of Fame.

You might recall that they originally asked for the hat that I wore on that sunny, July afternoon. But, my hat got a little too crispy after our team bus caught fire this summer. Luckily, the Baseball Hall of Fame was just as happy to use my jersey instead.

I love representing my community, both on the ball diamond and at the Capitol. And although the baseball season may be over for the Explorers, I am still Standing Tall for my community in every way possible.
