Stand with Rob as he keeps up the fight to protect vulnerable students across California.
Big news:
Attorney General Rob Bonta has secured a major victory in the fight to protect California's LGBTQ+ youth. A San Bernardino County Superior Court judge has permanently blocked Chino Valley Unified School District's discriminatory "gender notification" policy.
This dangerous policy would have forced schools to out transgender and gender-nonconforming students to their parents — even if it put those students at risk. It's a direct threat to the safety and well-being of our most vulnerable young people.
Rob won't tolerate it. That's why he took Chino Valley Unified to court — and won.
But the fight isn't over. The CVUSD Board plans to appeal this decision, and other MAGA school boards across California are pushing similar anti-LGBTQ+ policies that violate transgender and gender-nonconforming students' civil rights and put them in danger.
Team Bonta needs your help to keep fighting. Will you make a grassroots contribution of $5 or more to support the Attorney General’s ongoing work to defend LGBTQ+ youth?

All students — no matter their gender identity or sexual orientation — have the right to learn in an inclusive and safe environment. Under Rob's leadership, the state of California will continue to stand up for the rights, safety, and privacy of all students, including LGBTQ+ youth.
Thanks for standing with the AG,
Team Bonta
