We're building a movement. No other event that we host makes that as clear as the Fall Mixer [[link removed]] : for the fourth time, we're on track to have more than 350 people join us. It's as remarkable and inspiring to me now as it was in 2021 -- maybe more so.
I hope you'll bring your friends and family and stop on by, as well, from 5:00-9:00pm on Wednesday, September 25, 2024 [[link removed]] . It's a family-friendly, casual night out at Metrobar, with a big purpose.
Your ticket purchase helps to sustain the work to make the Washington region a place where housing is abundant and affordable and where it's safe, easy, and preferable to walk, bike, roll, or take transit to get around. It plays an especially important role in making sure we can continue to publish important stories every day about transportation, housing, and land use issues: thank you!
Metrobar has 11,000 square feet of outdoor space and a one-of-a-kind "rail bar" inside on-site decommissioned Metro railcar #5058. It's the perfect setting for ushering in fall together. (Plus, we'll have an arts and crafts table for the littlest transit fans.)
