About the job

Work will be performed at two separate locations: 3411 S. Alaska St. Seattle, WA 98118 and 711 Vine St. Kelso, WA 98626 

This position is responsible 24 hours a day / 7 days per week for the maintenance and operations of the Alaska St. (Dept. of Services for the Blind) buildings and grounds. This position acts as a liaison on behalf of DES’ interests, and interacts with stakeholders, tenants, visitors, coworkers, and management for the physical and financial wellbeing of the buildings and grounds. This position meets with tenants on a routine basis to ensure their needs are met and is responsible for managing the operating budget assigned to the Alaska St. location.
 
This position will also assist with maintenance and operational duties as needed at the Kelso facility.
