Hi friend, it's Rachel, Sherrod's campaign manager. I wanted to reach out personally because we've been struggling the past few days, and I feel like I owe you an update. 

It's been tough to see Republicans blanket the airwaves with dishonest and nasty TV ads – they were even outspending us nearly 2-to-1.

But even worse, their attacks might be working. A new poll shows Sherrod losing ground to his MAGA opponent.

That's why I'm reaching out. We need to fight back ASAP, which is why I just approved a $300,000 TV ad buy so that we can spread our pro-worker message and reelect Sherrod. But unless we close our budget gap by midnight, we might not be able to make the payment, and our ads could go dark.

So please, friend, we can't cede the airwaves to the GOP: Will you please give $5 or more right now to help us keep our ads on the air, win in Ohio, and reelect Sherrod to the Senate?
