In states across our country, radical activists have pushed irreversible and dangerous transgender surgeries on children as young as 13.
And in some states, radical transgender activists are even pushing for laws that would prevent parents from finding out about potential surgeries and gender changes.
Heritage Action is fighting back to stop these barbaric policies and protect children by helping pass “Help not Harm” laws in 17 states, which:
✅ Ban so-called “gender-affirming” medical interventions for minors under the age of 18.
✅ Prohibit Medicaid coverage of those procedures for anyone under the age of 26.
These victories will save lives and stop children from being irreversibly scarred from dangerous and unnecessary transgender surgeries.
