Folks,

During the last presidential election, one of our target states, Oklahoma, ranked 50th nationally in voter turnout — only one state had a worse turnout rate.

Low turnout in Oklahoma can be chalked up to a ton of unnecessary voting restrictions designed to make it harder to vote, including a small window of opportunity for early voting and no same-day voter registration.

Our Oklahoma partners are working to lessen the impact of Oklahoma’s strict voting laws on voters.

Let’s Fix This is focused on voter registration, phone banking, and text banking.

Red Dirt Collective is making sure Oklahomans know about important local races, like the council races in Norman.

Together, we are changing the narrative through local organizing.

Connecting with folks and hosting pro-voting events takes a lot of time and resources — both of which aren’t always at our disposal — and your contribution goes a long way in fueling this work. Can you pitch in $10 today to help? [[link removed]]
