Remember changes for fall turkey season

Strutting tom turkey in the woods in fall

Fall turkey season is just around the corner. Before it starts, we wanted to remind you of key information:

  • The fall turkey season is Oct. 1-Nov. 30.
  • Each hunter may only have one fall permit.
  • The bag limit allows the take of one turkey of either sex with a shotgun or archery equipment.
  • All turkey harvests must be reported via Telecheck. Report your harvest online or by calling 1-844-279-4564. This information will be on your permit.

Make sure you have a permit in hand too. They're available online and at Game and Parks permitting offices.
