Deepening the Divide: Abortion Bans Further Harm Immigrant Communities
This fact sheet, co-written by CLASP and the National Latina Institute for Reproductive Justice, highlights how state restrictions on abortion after the Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization ruling make it harder for immigrants to access abortion care. The authors propose a set of concrete recommendations for Congress and the administration to support immigrant access to abortion.

In response to last week’s Census Bureau reports [[link removed]] on poverty, income, and health insurance coverage, CLASP Interim Executive Director Olivia Golden was quoted in the New York Times .
