Tonight's San Francisco Chronicle/KQED debate is a major one. The mayor ducked our last debate, and we’ll have to wait and see if she actually shows up to this one.
Even if she does end up making it, we know her record and her administration’s corruption cannot be defended.
I’ll be making a strong case for change at the debate, a strong case for a mayor who puts working families before the billionaires, who finally ends the corruption at City Hall that’s been holding us back from building a city that works for everyone.
As a reminder, we also have a critical fundraising deadline coming up this Saturday. If you’ve been meaning to donate, or donate again, now is the time. Ballots will be mailed out in less than three weeks, so we need to keep our momentum going and build the critical resources we need to communicate with voters in the coming days.
