I’m feeling fired up. We have called or texted over 350,00 young voters in Arizona, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin. We’ve had some really great conversations and persuaded thousands of people to turn out this November. (And this weekend, we’re launching our first in-person canvasses!)

Right now is a critical time to talk with undecided voters. People are just starting to tune into the election and are open to changing their mind. Many states are starting to mail ballots to voters this week. There are millions of people who we can move, but it only works if enough of us get out there and talk with people.

Can you sign up for an online phone bank this coming Saturday, Monday, or Wednesday to help us hit our goal of contacting 500,000 voters by the end of the month?

I’ve been making calls every week myself and can say, it’s been a really rewarding experience. We share stories about why we are fighting for a Green New Deal, we play Wordle while we wait for people to pick up, it’s a fun way to spend an evening.

And it really feels like we’re making a difference. I’ve talked with young people who are fed up with politics and aren’t sure if it’s worth voting. I got them fired up about Sunrise’s strategy and why voting is a critical part of it. I’ve talked with people in Michigan who voted Uncommitted about why they are upset with Harris but still are going to vote for her because Trump is incredibly dangerous. With your help, we are going to vote, organize, and strike our way to a Green New Deal.
