Updates to the Local Project Review Act
In 2023, SB 5290 [ [link removed] ] amended the Local Project Review Act [ [link removed] ] (RCW 36.70B) to help streamline and improve permitting for residential housing for fully planning jurisdictions under the Growth Management Act. To help answer any questions from local jurisdictions about the new requirements, Commerce will hold a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) webinar.
Webinar topics will include:

* Procedurally complete applications – final determinations
