Explore Mobility Metrics across the country
Community leaders nationwide want to help residents overcome poverty, achieve economic success, and live in a more equitable society. Many are committed to dismantling barriers and building supportive systems but often lack access to the data and tools needed to reach those goals.

The Upward Mobility Initiative’s Upward Mobility Data Dashboard shows a snapshot of 24 predictors associated with upward mobility for every county and more than 480 cities in the US. People can use the predictors and their related metrics to understand and contextualize community conditions, establish priorities to mobilize action, and monitor progress toward increasing upward mobility and racial equity.
