Yesterday, Phoenix, Arizona broke a 113 day streak of days over 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Think of it: over 100 days of over 100 degree heat. Climate change is here.
Fortunately, we can still avoid heating the globe to catastrophic levels if society acts fast to cut pollution. Moreover, getting off oil and gas through renewable energy creates good jobs and cuts energy bills.
