Donald Trump and JD Vance's far-right playbook, Project 2025, is full of wacky ideas. But we need to talk about its blatant attack on workers' rights. 

Project 2025 would eliminate overtime protections for an estimated 4.3 million workers, allowing states to opt out of federal overtime and minimum wage laws.

Project 2025 would eliminate unions as we know them, taking away the bargaining power and collective organizing that generations of Ohioans have fought for and earned.

Project 2025 would give corporations a free pass to engage in union-busting activities, which will drive up profits for C-suite executives.

Here's what you won't find in Project 2025: the belief that hard work should pay off or that every worker should have a voice in the workplace. That's the Dignity of Work, and I've fought for it every day of my career.

It's clear as day that the GOP's corporate megadonors are spending record-breaking amounts of money to defeat me, flip the Senate, and cash in their newfound power by implementing Project 2025.

Friend, I want to continue to fight for the people who make this country work, but there's no way I'll be able to fight back against the GOP's slew of attack ads against me without your help – and the polls show I'm losing ground to my Trump-backed opponent.

So I'm personally asking: Will you chip in $5, or whatever you can spare, to power my campaign against these attacks, save the Senate, and stop Project 2025?
