With recent polls showing me tied with Republican Larry Hogan, it would be easy to panic.

But to be honest with you, I’m feeling more fired up than ever.

That might sound a little unbelievable, but hear me out:

This race being as close as it is means we’ve got a massive opportunity to boost outreach and talk to Marylanders about how critical their support is in this race that will decide Senate control.

And we know that when folks hear my Maryland-first message and plans for serving in the Senate, the overwhelming majority of people support us.

So the path forward is clear: Talk to absolutely everyone, win this critical battleground race, and defend our razor-thin Democratic majority in the Senate.
