A recent UW School of Medicine study revealed that PFAS, PFOA and other so-called “forever chemicals” are in the blood of most Wisconsin residents.

There's no sugarcoating this: These harmful chemicals have been linked to diseases like cancer and can also cause chronic conditions like Asthma in addition to harming animals and plants.

This is something that demands immediate attention from our elected officials. But as the far-right plays politics with our safety, we're going to work to make a change.

We're in a unique position to deliver national leadership on this issue. Contamination of our groundwater and agricultural infrastructure will make Wisconsin a ground–zero for the bigger issues that will arise from this exposure.
