Dear Friend,
Despite many challenges, PETA's fieldworkers are as busy as ever, helping as
many animals as they can.
Right now, team members are delivering food to hungry dogs whose impoverished
families are struggling during the economic downturn caused by the pandemic.
They're shuttling cats to free spay/neuter surgeries at our clinics while the
animals' concerned guardians are in lockdown, and they're working hard to ensure
that every animal they meet receives the care they need in areas where
veterinary clinics are limiting services.
Their vital work for animals is both emotionally and physically exhausting
during normal times, and the surge in calls and e-mails asking for their help
since the pandemic began is making their difficult jobs even more stressful.
Send a thank-you to PETA's fieldworkers.: [[link removed]]

PETA's work for animals in rural regions of Virginia and North Carolina is about
much more than providing life-changing sterilization surgeries or sturdy
doghouses to lonely, neglected "backyard dogs." Fieldworkers often visit the
animals they help for years on end, checking on their well-being and giving them
much-needed affection—often, the only kindness they ever receive.
Our fieldworkers are often the only hope for a dog or cat in desperate need, and
this is your opportunity to share your appreciation for all that they're doing
for animals.
Show your gratitude for the unwavering compassion of PETA's fieldworkers—sign
the card today!

Daphna Nachminovitch
