DWC sets weekly benefit rates for FY 2025
DWC set the state's average weekly wage at $1,218.62 for dates of injury starting October 1, 2024, through September 30, 2025.

DWC releases compliance audit plan
DWC has finalized its annual Compliance and Investigations audit plan [ [link removed] ]. The Texas Labor Code authorizes the division to conduct performance audits on participants in the Texas workers' compensation system.
