The Biden-Harris Administration has just been exposed in a plot to target conservatives.
Two days after Kamala Harris accepted Biden's endorsement for President, the Biden-Harris Deep State placed our Sekulow broadcast colleague – Tulsi Gabbard – on the "Quiet Skies" terror watchlist.
Tulsi is widely credited with having sunk Kamala's chances during the last presidential primary debates. Now the Biden-Harris Deep State is subjecting her to enhanced screenings, surveillance, and having at least 3 federal agents follow her on every flight.
Tulsi is an active member of the Army Reserves and has honorably served our nation in two combat tours, but now the Biden-Harris Administration is weaponizing the Deep State against her.
It's outrageous, unconstitutional, and un-American. Now they're targeting other conservatives too, but we're fighting back.
We're taking unprecedented legal action. We're filing our fourth round of FOIAs against the Biden-Harris Administration – including the TSA, DHS, FBI, DOJ, and now the IRS – over the unconstitutional targeting of Tulsi and other conservatives. And we're preparing to take additional legal action, including various lawsuits.
We will take this all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court if necessary. But to win will require immense resources.
