Vanity Fair is calling Brian Kemp, the Trump-loving Georgia governor, a “massive imbecile.” He’s decided to re-open his state, even over the wishes of many of Georgia’s mayors -- including Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms -- who are concerned the move will disproportionately impact people of color.
Even Dr. Fauci weighed in on Kemp’s decision, saying “going ahead and leapfrogging into phases where you should not be, I would advise him as a health official and as a physician not to do that.”
But it appears Kemp won’t listen to his own mayors, or to his country’s foremost infectious disease expert. Given the situation, we need to know:
