Dear John,
Today is Constitution Day 2024 and across America, patriots are gathering to celebrate the most influential document in our country’s history after the Bible!
In 1787, the Founders signed the U.S. Constitution, outlining our freedoms and uniting a group of states with different interests, laws, and cultures.
Under America’s first national government, the Articles of Confederation, the states acted together only for specific purposes. The Constitution united its citizens as members of a whole, vesting the power of the union in the people. Without it, the American Experiment might have ended as quickly as it had begun.
At Truth & Liberty, Constitution Day serves as a moment for reflection on the enduring legacy of the Constitution, which has been instrumental in shaping the American republic. This charter document has evolved through amendments to address the changing needs of society, ensuring that it remains relevant and just.
On this day, the 237th anniversary of the signing of the Constitution, we encourage you visit our resource center where you can read the Constitution and be sure to check out more about how this single document has shaped the lives of millions of Americans for the better via the Constitution Alive! By Rick Green class, or the Biblical Citizenship in Modern America Course and Workbook.
Lastly, we want to take a moment to give thanks to Almighty God for the inalienable rights He has bestowed upon us as we continue to fight the good fight here at Truth & Liberty. It is for His glory that we continue to contend for the preservation of our republic, and we thank you for standing with us for Truth in the public square.
God bless you and God bless America,
