John,

During this pandemic, caring for youth mental health is critical. But we're worried Congress won't act. Will you help us?

The impacts of this pandemic are widespread and undeniable. We can't ignore the devastating effect that the current situation is having on mental health, specifically in young people. We're already hearing reports that depression, anxiety and suicide are on the rise – and we know that past pandemics have created an overwhelming need for more mental health support.

As the country faces a public health and economic crisis, we're facing a mental health crisis, too. We must make sure Congress provides the support our children and families need to stay safe.

That's why we've asked Congress to include funding for youth suicide prevention resources in the next coronavirus stimulus package.

Will you help us call on Congress to keep students safe during COVID-19? It's more important now than ever.

We know your time and resources are precious, especially now. Thank you for taking action to keep our children safe and prevent violence at home during this time.

Take care,
