John —

Workers across Maryland know that Kamala Harris and Angela Alsobrooks are the leaders we need in the White House and the Senate. Between now and November 5, it's up to us to make it happen.

Join the DC/Maryland AFL-CIO federation and union members from across our region to knock doors in Prince George's County every Saturday between now and Nov. 5. Sign up to join one of our Saturday canvasses in Prince George's County.

Nine people of diverse ages and races stand outside in bright sunshine with fists in the air and signs reading

The Maryland Senate race is one of the closest in the country, and the outcome could shape the direction of the entire Senate next year. Maryland could be the difference between stronger collective bargaining rights for workers across the country — or continued corporate greed.

We'll be knocking doors on the following dates. Sign up for the date that works best for you:

  • Saturday, September 21
  • Saturday, September 28
  • Saturday, October 5
  • Saturday, October 12
  • Saturday, October 19
  • Saturday, October 26
  • Saturday, November 2

Canvasses will start at 9:30 AM and conclude by 12:00 PM each day. This Saturday's canvass will step off from the offices of AFSCME Council 3 (400 Mercantile Lane, Suite 188, Largo, MD).

A tremendous amount is on the line this November, and Maryland is a key place where labor champions need to win. Join us on an upcoming Saturday this fall and we'll see you at the doors!

Sincerely,

Samuel A. Epps IV
