HJohn, it's the Kansas Democratic Party Team, and this National Voter Registration Day we're reaching out to ask:

Are you registered to vote?

Earlier this year we asked about your plans to vote, and we're checking back in to ask if you're registered—because every single vote is going to matter, and right now, the right to vote in Kansas is under attack.

John there were nearly a dozen races in Kansas last cycle that were decided by less than 1000 votes, and after Trump's election denying fiasco in 2020, right-wing GOP leaders in Kansas began taking more aggressive actions to repress our right to vote, like:

❌ Proposing bills to shorten the return window for mail-in ballots and change the request process for absentee ballots

❌ Reducing the number of ballots one person can deliver and requiring exact-match signatures for ballots to county records—and then reaffirming the restrictions in high court

❌ And outright declaring our State Constitution doesn't protect our right to vote!

We protect the right to vote by electing more common-sense, people-first Democrats to our legislature.

The margins are thin enough right now to make it happen—but only if we get the folks we need out to vote.

That's why we want to check in and make sure you're informed, so we don't miss this once-in-a-decade opportunity. Please, let us know here if you're registered to vote in this critical upcoming election. >>
