John,

I just wanted to make sure you were able to see Seth’s message yesterday.

Conservation voters have been winning for clean energy at the ballot box and in communities like yours around the state, but we need to win in November to make broad, lasting change for conservation.

Can we count on you to be one of 200 conservation voters to join Wisconsin Conservation Voters with a gift today to help us gear up to elect conservation champions up and down the ballot this fall? [[link removed]]

Thank you for all you do for conservation!

Evan

We need 200 conservation voters to chip in $20 today to help us kick start our efforts to elect conservation leaders in 2020! We can’t afford another 2016: [[link removed]]

Dear John,

2020 is shaping up to be a huge year.

Earlier this month, conservation voters from across Wisconsin helped elect candidates up and down the ballot – from school board members to state supreme court Justice-Elect Jill Karofsky – who will protect Wisconsin’s air, land, water, wildlife, and democratic traditions.

But we can’t rest on our laurels. That’s why we’re gearing up now.

Polluting special interests who are benefiting from President Trump’s abysmal conservation record and eager to overturn Gov. Evers’ veto power are taking action – and we won’t be able to take them on without you. Can we count on your support with a generous gift today that gives us the resources we need to win for conservation at the ballot box this November? [[link removed]]

The climate crisis is not slowing down, and neither are our efforts to fight it. Even in these unprecedented times, conservation voters like you are organizing and winning the fight for clean energy around the state.

Earlier this month, conservation voters pushed the Green Bay school board to pass a 100% clean energy resolution. And just last week, conservation voters like you stood up and spoke out to get the Menomonie City Council to unanimously commit to a complete transition away from fossil fuels.

With our victories in local races across the state in April, we’re ready to build on these wins to bring clean energy to more communities, but we need your help. If just 200 conservation voters chip in $20 today, we’ll have the resources we need to kick off our campaign to elect conservation leaders this November: [[link removed]]

These are challenging times for all of us – our families, our communities, and our democracy. With Governor Evers’ veto power on the line - and the future of the climate in the hands of the next President – the stakes couldn’t be higher.

Thanks for all you do for conservation.
