Democracy Decoded, Campaign Legal Center’s award-winning podcast, is back with a brand-new season! In Season 4, host Simone Leeper will investigate the ways in which Congress took action after the January 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol to update an outmoded election law. She’ll also meet election workers who persevered through the thorny 2020 election, help you better understand your rights as a voter, learn how AI is impacting our democracy and so much more.
Polling place volunteer assists a woman signing up to vote during a US election.
On the eve of the 2024 U.S. presidential election, through eye-opening interviews with top legal experts and those on the frontlines of democracy — such as poll workers and civil servants — we’ll walk you through important topics to show you how to recognize misinformation, understand your rights as a voter and more fully participate in the electoral. Join us as we decode the complexities of our democracy, so that every listener is not only a witness to history but an informed participant, too.

We're very excited to be continuing this podcast for another season and are incredibly grateful for CLC’s Simone Leeper, Casey Atkins, Matty Tate-Smith and all the other staff at CLC who worked hard on this season of the show.

We hope you’ll listen to new episodes as they drop every Tuesday. Subscribe to get immediate access to episodes as they debut!
