While waiting to be sworn in for the 118th Congress, Lauren witnessed two colleagues looking like they were about to lay hands on one another in the House chamber. We’re not kidding!

Honestly, Lauren wasn’t surprised — we’ve all come to expect total dysfunction from the Republican party, especially as their House majority has devolved into complete disarray over the past few years. But, instead of getting distracted, she kept her head down and worked hard. She’s reliable like that.
