Hi John,

We at the MCDC are incredibly proud of the work our community has done this past month to support those affected by the COVID-19 crisis. We are also pleased to announce that this April, 40+ Democratic candidates throughout Morris County officially filed their petitions to run for office! From organizing food drives, raising funds, to wellness calls, these candidates have already hit the ground running supporting their communities. Be sure to be on the lookout for their events throughout the month! Stay home, safe, and healthy.


What's going on in May?

Organizing is even more important in crisis, so help us support our candidates, this time has shown us the need to ensure we have the right leaders in office. 

Wednesday, May 6th: The Women's Caucus will be hosting a Virtual Feminist Film watch party at 7:30pm. Check out their page for more information

May 7th & 21st: The Analytics Caucus will be meeting at 7:00pm, please email [email protected] for more information.

Thursday, May 11-12: The NJDSC is hosting virtual training sessions focusing on field, communications, digital strategy and fundraising. Sign up here. 

Wednesday, May 27th: The Democratic Committee of the Chesters will be meeting at 7:00pm.

Complete your Census:  Way to go Morris County! CD-7 and 11 are currently in 1st and 2nd place, respectively, in the state with a 67.8% and 67.6% response rate!  Complete your census here.

Sign up to be a poll worker: There will be a surge in need for poll workers this year, if you are interested, click here to sign up and for more information.

Testing Site: Morris Township has an Atlantic Health operated testing site. The testing center receives appointments made by Atlantic Medical Group physicians only. Patients can obtain a testing appointment by contacting their physician.

      Randolph Food Pantry drive organized by David Timpanaro, Joshua Weiner and Jeanette Hernandez

 Mobile Food Pantry in partnership with the Township of Parsippany every Friday this month.
       Darcy Draeger and Rupande Mehta have teamed up with We are One Dover to host a food drive throughout the county.
                    Cara Parmigiani, Mayor Cathy Wilson and Bud Ravitz are collaborating to raise funds for the Morris Minute Men
