GOA is glad to hear that President Trump is safe following the second
assassination attempt on his life.



Sadly, anti-gun Democrats are choosing to exploit this moment to attack your
Second Amendment rights by calling for aBAN on so-called “assault weapons” –
similar to what was used by President Trump’s would-be assassin.



We all heard Kamala Harris during last week’s debate when she said, “we’re not
taking ANYONE’S guns away.” And then she went on to say it was a “LIE” to
suggest otherwise.


It only took a few days for Kamala to expose herself as a liar. This past
weekend, she put out a three-word statement:“BAN ASSAULT WEAPONS.”



Here’s the truth: Kamala and Biden are coming for our guns – and they see the
assassination attempt on President Trump’s life as the perfect opportunity to
pounce.


That’s why we urgently need your help to CRUSH any attempt by Congress and the
Biden-Harris White House to target the Second Amendment as we enter the final
50 DAYS of the 2024 election.

The anti-gun lobby has been spewing nonstop lies about gun control ever since
the assassination attempt on President Trump’s life at his golf club in Florida.


But here are the facts…


Florida HAS Red Flag Gun Confiscation Laws. Florida HAS commercial background
checks.


Yet both of these infringements on the Second Amendment FAILED to stop this
psychopath from getting his hands on a gun.


Not only that, the would-be assassin had a lengthy criminal record, including
a conviction for threatening people with an illegally-acquired firearm.


Again, no amount of gun control would stop crazed lunatics like this guy.


So what sabotaged the assassin’s plot to take President Trump’s life? The
bullets fired by the Secret Service.


But here in America, the right to self-defense cannot just be a right that is
afforded to public officials and the well-connected.


Every single American must be able to exercise their God-given right to keep
and bear arms.


That’s why we as gun owners need to stand united against ANY attempt by Kamala
and her anti-gun comrades in Congress to pass an “assault weapons” ban.
