John, I want to thank you and let you know that your support means so much and will be critical as we enter this final push to Election Day.

I also want to talk about the importance of electing a president who will fight for working Americans. The labor movement, unions, and workers fought to recognize the value in a day’s work. Unions have been an essential force for justice and they have helped carve out a path to the middle class.

The Biden-Harris Administration is the most pro-union White House administration in decades. Over 15 million jobs have been created during their tenure. Wages are growing faster than prices, and their policies have lowered costs for everyday Americans -- from the cost of prescriptions to the cost of high-speed internet.

We’ve come a long way, but we can’t let up now because Trump and the far-right’s vision for the future of our country would undo all of our hard-won progress. Project 2025 -- the blueprint for a second Trump term -- would give tax breaks to the wealthy, raise taxes on the middle class, and weaken workers’ rights and protections.

We must continue doing the work to make America’s greatness accessible and affordable to all, and to do that, we must send Vice President Kamala Harris to the White House, flip the House, and hold the Senate majority.

We’re entering the most crucial part of the election. In these final 49 days before Election Day, we need to be just as focused, active, and engaged as we were last month during the beginning of the Harris-Walz campaign and the DNC.

I hope I can count on you to stay engaged in our work together, John, so we can maintain our momentum now through Election Day.
