I’m writing with a critical update in our fight for fair maps—and we urgently need your help.

This November, Ohioans will vote on Issue 1, a proposed constitutional amendment <[link removed]> that will end gerrymandering by creating a citizen-led redistricting commission.

Politicians on the Ohio Ballot Board created misleading and inaccurate ballot language to confuse voters about what Issue 1 will actually do.

Yesterday, the Ohio Supreme Court upheld most of the GOP-written ballot language for Issue 1 <[link removed]> - language designed to mislead voters.



This is just another example of why we need to get the word out to VOTE YES on ISSUE 1

We’re not letting the lies and deception stop us. Ohio Citizen Action is working tirelessly to educate voters about what’s really at stake and to expose the politicians’ attempts to manipulate the process.
