Your Second Amendment rights are under attack like never before, and the Illinois State Rifle Association (ISRA) is standing strong to protect them. For over 120 years, ISRA has been on the front lines, defending gun owners from unconstitutional laws. We’ve blocked countless anti-gun bills in the Illinois legislature, and we take the fight all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court when necessary. Now is a critical time for you to join ISRA and stand with us as we continue to defend your rights in Illinois.

Our lawsuit challenging the Protect Illinois Communities Act (PICA)—the so-called assault weapon and magazine ban law—was heard on September 16, 2024. This case will be appealed to the Seventh Circuit, and from there, we expect it to reach the U.S. Supreme Court.
