DHS publishes CFSS individual service delivery plan template [ [link removed] ]

* *Audience:* People who use personal care assistance (PCA) or the Consumer Support Grant (CSG), their families, lead agencies, PCA provider agencies, financial management services (FMS) providers, consultation services providers and other interested parties
* *Summary:* In preparation for the Oct. 1, 2024, transition to CFSS, DHS published the CFSS individual service delivery plan template. People will use this document to describe what CFSS services they will receive and how those services will be delivered.

 

Workplace rights and minimum wage requirements [ [link removed] ]

* *Audience:* Direct care professionals, people with disabilities who work and other interested parties
* *Summary:* DHS encourages people to review information about workplace rights and minimum wage requirements from the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry.

* *Summary:* This announcement provides a summary of updates DHS made to the CBSM in August 2024.

* *Summary:* DHS holds quarterly webinars for people interested in DWRS.

 

Self-paced online course: CFSS MMIS Updates Training [ [link removed] ]

* *Audience:* County and tribal nation staff who know how to enter a PCA or CSG service agreement into MMIS
* *Summary:* DHS created a new self-paced training video to explain updates to MMIS that will allow counties and tribal nations to enter CFSS service agreements in MMIS.
