We have a breaking update from the U.S. Supreme Court, and the Democrats' deadline to respond is just hours away.

The establishment Left is up to their old tricks, desperately trying to block a candidate from the presidential ballot and destroy our democracy in the process.

Democrats have filed a lawsuit to have the Green Party thrown off the presidential ballot in Nevada – all to ensure Kamala Harris wins.

It's a very real threat to democracy.

This latest ballot ban attempt is NOW AT THE U.S. SUPREME COURT. Justice Elena Kagan has demanded that the Democrats respond TODAY.

First, we put a stop to the Left's unconstitutional plot to have President Trump "disqualified" from the ballot when we represented the Colorado GOP and won – unanimously – at the U.S. Supreme Court. Now we're back at the Supreme Court.

Last week we made an emergency filing at the U.S. Supreme Court on behalf of the Green Party to defend the right of EVERY AMERICAN to vote for the candidate of their choice.

I've never seen such blatant attacks on our right to vote. Our senior legal team is quickly preparing for potential oral arguments.

This is not about any one candidate. The ramifications of this Supreme Court case will affect our election process for decades.
