Friends: On Thursday, Donald Trump is holding his first rally of the campaign in New Hampshire.
He’s coming here to try to flip New Hampshire’s Senate seat red for the GOP – and end Democrats’ hopes to take back the Senate in 2020.
Trump’s entire agenda – from repealing Obamacare and rolling back reproductive rights to stacking the Supreme Court with ultraconservatives – depends on keeping Senate control. And with FiveThirtyEight saying that our race here in New Hampshire could decide who controls the Senate, the GOP is going all in to make sure we lose.
Top Republicans are recruiting Trump’s former campaign manager, Corey Lewandowski, to run against me. And as of this week, GOP outside groups are spending more against me than all the other in-cycle Democratic senators combined.
There’s no way I can stand up to the GOP’s millions on my own. My team says we need another $30,000 before Trump arrives, and I’m counting on you to get us there.
