| John,
Yesterday, David Wesley Routh was arrested for attempting to assassinate President Trump.
Routh is registered to vote in North Carolina and voted in the March Democratic Primary. Here’s his NC Voter Record:
.jpg) I don’t know if Routh voted for my opponent, Jeff Jackson, and it doesn’t really matter if he did.
But, I do know that David Routh is a convicted felon and that the North Carolina Constitution prohibits convicted felons from voting in elections.
Or I should say: used to prohibit felons from voting.
You see, my opponent Jeff Jackson supports allowing felons to vote. Earlier this year, his woke allies convinced an Obama-appointed federal judge to allow 56,000 convicted felons, like David Routh, to vote in North Carolina election, overturning our state’s constitution.
The bottom line is Routh would’ve never been allowed to vote as a convicted felon if NC had a Republican AG. Under my watch, I’ll make sure this doesn’t happen again.
Law and Order is on the ballot in this AG’s election, and my woke opponent is starting TV ads tomorrow. Thanks to an Obama judge, there are 56,000 more convicted felons in North Carolina, like David Routh, who cast ballots against my campaign to get tough on crime.
I need you to chip in today and take a stand to restore law and order in North Carolina.
Thank you, Dan
