THEN: Emboldened by the new polling, Larry Hogan’s GOP backers doubled down on their efforts to buy him this open Senate seat, which resulted in Real Clear Politics shifting this race further towards Hogan and declaring Maryland a TOSS-UP.

NOW: With vote by mail ballots set to start dropping next Saturday, we need a HUGE boost in grassroots fundraising to reach as many Marylanders as possible before folks start voting.
