Remembering 9/11
This past Wednesday we paused to honor and remember the thousands of lives lost during the horrific 9/11 terrorist attacks.
In the face of pure evil, America proved to be resilient and united. We must never forget the events of that day and the brave men and women who saved lives.
Visiting Viakable Manufacturing
Thanks to Viakable Manufacturing for hosting me for a plant tour in La Salle, Illinois!
It was great to meet with employees and hear more about the impact that Viakable has on Illinois and across the globe!
I enjoyed the discussion on the positive impacts of the USMCA and how we can work strengthen our supply chains here at home.

Supporting Workers and Students
Democrat policies in Springfield and Washington are harming gig economy workers and diminishing school choice.
Last Week, the Ways and Means Committee advanced two critical bills to support workers and expand learning opportunities for all students.

Visiting with Illinois Pork Producers
Pork producers are vital to our farming economy and food supply chain in Illinois.
I enjoyed meeting with the Illinois Pork Producers Association during their visit to Washington to discuss the importance of reauthorizing the Farm Bill and expanding trade markets.
