We messed up.

We thought we were on track to reach our mid-month goal before the deadline last night, but we were wrong.

We’re all human, and we all make mistakes — but if we don't hit our target before we have to publicly report our fundraising numbers at the end of the month, it could spell bad news for our campaign.

The truth is, we’re falling behind at the worst possible time. Back-to-back polls show Tammy statistically tied with our Republican opponent, Eric Hovde.

Republicans only need to flip ONE seat to reclaim the Senate majority, and Hovde is on the verge of taking the lead in the polls. If our campaign shows any signs of weakness when our fundraising numbers go public at the end of this month, national Republicans and their dark money allies will further ramp up their attacks on Tammy and spare no expense to flip her seat — and the Senate majority — red.
