"Three Ohio Supreme Court Races on the November ballot will have a huge impact on upcoming years. Ohio's highest court currently has a 4-3 Republican majority" - Ohio Capital Journal, 8/27/24

It’s really that simple, team.

The outcome of the election for the Ohio Supreme Court this November will decide the balance of the court and have a huge impact on the lives of Ohioans for years to come.

Can you rush a donation of $5, $10, or more to our judicial fund so we can flip the Republican-controlled Ohio Supreme Court? [link removed]

The Ohio Supreme Court is set to make decisions on major issues: abortion rights, gerrymandering, the environment, and more.

Don’t get it twisted. If we fail to flip the court, the Republican majority WILL turn back time and unravel the abortion protections we enshrined in the state constitution. They WILL continue to allow gerrymandered maps and silence the voices of Ohioans.

Remember: this is the same court that ruled that boneless chicken wings can have bones in them. If the Republican-controlled court doesn’t even care to use common sense, how can we expect them to respect the rule of law and carry themselves with the integrity that our judicial system deserves?

Contribute anything you can to re-elect Justice Michael Donnelly and Justice Melody Stewart and elect Judge Lisa Forbes so we can flip the court and restore fairness, justice, and equality to our judicial system >>> [link removed]

Thank you,
