I’ve introduced a political reform package to unrig Washington and strengthen our democracy:

✅ Ban campaign contributions from PACs and lobbyists of any kind;

✅ Ban stock trading by members of Congress and lobbying by retired members;

✅ Set 12-year term limits for members of Congress;

✅ Set 18-year term limits for Supreme Court justices; and

✅ Implement a judicial code of ethics for federal judges and Supreme Court justices

Restoring confidence in our democratic institutions requires us to show that we’re putting the American people first, not corporations, or special interests.

When I was elected to Congress, the first thing I did was start the No PAC Caucus. I still refuse to take a dime of lobbyist, corporate PAC, or any PAC money. But Congress will not voluntarily give up their addiction to big money.
