I have some bad news to share, friend.

It looks like we missed our mid-month fundraising goal last night. We’re still falling just a bit short of where we need to be this month. 

Here’s why this means trouble: Republicans are about to start flooding the airwaves with negative ads, and we’re running out of time to fight back. 

Here’s the good news: Sometimes we miss goals, but with the support of this grassroots team, we can get right back on track. I can’t emphasize enough how important it is because if we don’t have the resources to respond and reach our voters, we could lose ground in an already competitive race.

All this to say, can you chip in right now to get us back on track to win in November? I wouldn’t ask if it wasn’t mission-critical.
