Registration is open for both fall cohorts of the Entertainment Community Fund’s eight-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course!
MBSR uses meditation, gentle yoga and inquiry as a way of training people to relate differently to stresses in their lives. This free, eight-week course is an evidence-based training that has proven to be beneficial for dealing with stress and anxiety while improving overall well-being.
This online course is free of charge and requires participants to attend a 90-minute orientation on either September 23 or September 24, as well as a brief one-on-one conversation with the instructor, Patrick Mellen.
The Monday cohort will take place on eight consecutive Mondays, from September 30 through November 18, between 6:30-9 pm ET, and includes a day-long retreat on Saturday, November 9.
