Last Tuesday, Vote Smart hosted a Context Livestream of the presidential debate between Kamala Harris and Donald Trump.

Thank you to everyone who watched our event live, or watched the recording sometime this week. We hope this event - and similar events we've hosted in the last few weeks - help you to discern what is accurate from what is exaggerated.

We are always proud of our research staff, but especially when they are put in the hot seat and conduct research in real time. In the 90 minutes that Harris and Trump spoke, our staff found 101 individual sources! That truly speaks to not only the quality, but also the quantity, of the work the Vote Smart staff provides in a short amount of time.
