Schooled: Heritage just released the “Choose College with Confidence” guide to inform families about colleges that still pursue true academic excellence, and about those that have been hijacked by DEI bureaucracy and limit free expression. 

• The ratings are based on several factors, including free speech, curriculum, return on investment, and other factors. 
• An interactive map lets you check the ratings of universities across the nation.

Big wins in school choice: Heritage’s updated Education Freedom Report Card reports exciting improvements in education freedom. Louisiana and Wyoming made significant progress in expanding parental choice. Heritage President Dr. Kevin Roberts and others weigh in.

• Most of the fentanyl comes through the open U.S. border with Mexico.

Diversity shipwreck: After admitting to a shortage of manpower, the Navy has been forced to sideline multiple ships. This concerning move comes after four years of embracing radical DEI policies. Coincidence? Brent Sadler, senior research fellow in Heritage’s Allison Center for National Security, thinks not.
