I initially decided to run for Congress in 2017 in response to Donald Trump's election when I saw firsthand how his agenda was sowing xenophobia and distrust. I know our nation is still a work in progress, but I couldn't stand by while he and his allies - Steve Bannon and Kellyanne Conway among them - spread dangerous lies and tried to convince us that their dystopian vision of America was real.

I knew that I couldn't stand by while he rolled back the progress of the previous eight years. I decided to take a stand for my family, my neighbors here in PA-06 and all Americans.

I'm incredibly proud of all we've achieved together over the past five years. But today, the threat of GOP extremism is back and their ultraconservative playbook, Project 2025, would be nothing short of disastrous for this country.

It will roll back fundamental civil rights protections, leaving millions of Americans vulnerable to discrimination. It will limit access to food assistance, putting millions of families at risk of hunger. It will restrict access to reproductive care. And that's only the beginning.

I am more motivated than ever to make sure that Trump and his allies stay out of power. But I can't do it alone.

I need your help to reach voters across Pennsylvania, protect my seat from GOP spending, elect Democrats up and down the ballot, and defend the country from Project 2025. That's why I'm urgently asking:
