Suspect opened fire at Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach;
President Trump was present and is believed to have been the target of the suspect, who had a rifle and a GoPro camera;
Secret Service returned fire, a man has been apprehended, and Trump is "safe," per campaign sources.
